A 38-year resident of Park City, Kathie’s real estate career consists of an impressive list of accolades, awards, and sales records, including an esteemed lifetime achievement award from the Park City Board of Realtors. A top-producing agent for most of her 28 years in real estate, Kathie has scaled the heights in her industry, reaching the President’s Club at Coldwell Banker before joining Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. Her career has taken her through negotiations from hundreds of thousands to several million dollars. Since joining Summit Sotheby’s, she has earned top-tier recognition and is also a Senior Global Real Estate Advisor for Luxury Real Estate, an organization responsible for $190 billion of annual real estate sales worldwide. Despite the demands of her business, Kathie remains passionately dedicated to civic and philanthropic projects. Every year she rents a plot of land from Summit County Gardens and works hard to create a truly special place for people to enjoy. She also supports the efforts of several nonprofits, including the Peace House, Kimball Arts Center, Salt Lake Ballet, American Cancer Society, Huntsman Cancer Center, and Center for the Homeless.
When Kathie is not working hard for her clients and community, she finds solace in most outdoor activities. She’s biked the rugged trails of Mount Rainier as well as some popular spots all over the world. She recently competed in a half marathon run in Seattle, and as an avid golfer, she wishes she could play more frequently but there is only so much time in the day!
